Important

These are website terms. Customer projects should also have their own agreed scope, quote, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the Draig Stack Digital website and general enquiry process.

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

Separate project terms, quotes, proposals, statements of work, invoices, or agreements may apply if you become a customer.

2. Who we are

Draig Stack Digital is a product and service brand of Draig Stack Limited.

Draig Stack Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 17192229.

Registered office: The Beeches Sand Lane, Osgodby, Market Rasen, England, LN8 3TE.

3. Fixed development prices

The website advertises fixed development prices for agreed package builds: website development, Android app development, and iOS app development.

You will pay no more than the listed development price for the agreed build scope.

The fixed development price only applies to the scope agreed before work starts.

4. Add-ons and external costs

Optional add-ons are quoted separately before purchase or setup.

Add-ons may include domain names, hosting, business email, SSL or DNS setup, app store fees, paid third-party services, ongoing support, extra integrations, content writing, extra pages, advanced backend systems, complex automation, or additional changes outside the agreed scope.

Third-party fees and approval processes are controlled by the relevant provider, not Draig Stack Digital.

5. Project scope

Before work starts, we agree what is included in the build.

If you request additional features, changes, integrations, content, or services outside the agreed scope, these will be quoted separately before work continues.

A project is not started until the agreed scope, price, payment terms, and any required materials are confirmed.

6. App store support

We can help prepare and arrange upload or submission to Google Play Store or Apple App Store where agreed.

Developer account fees, review decisions, approval times, rejected submissions, policy requirements, and third-party charges are controlled by Google, Apple, or the relevant platform.

We cannot guarantee app store approval where a third party controls the decision.

7. Hosting, domains, and email

We can help arrange domain names, hosting, SSL, DNS setup, and business email through our hosting partner Fasthosts where requested.

These services are separate from the fixed development price unless explicitly included in the agreed scope.

Renewals, usage limits, email mailbox costs, hosting plans, and domain charges are subject to provider pricing and separate agreement.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, designs, code, branding, and project materials may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, project ownership, licence, payment conditions, and handover terms will be covered in the project agreement or proposal.

You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse Draig Stack Digital branding, site content, designs, or materials without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape the site, send spam, submit unlawful content, or interfere with website security or availability.

We may ignore or reject enquiries that appear abusive, unlawful, misleading, automated, spam-related, or outside the services offered.

10. Liability

This website is provided for general information and enquiry purposes.

We aim to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that every statement is complete, current, or suitable for your exact requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these website terms, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
